Life can become very hectic if you let outside schedules rule your life. You can buy a daily planner to organize your scheduled appointments and your daily events. I print out a yearly appointment calendar by month and put all doctor, dentist and other appointments on it plus any personal events I want to keep track of. When going to the doctors office it pays to take it with you so when you schedule a follow up appointment you don't have conflicts. Thse calendars are used to make a Personal Data Folder, (Sect 5).
